What should I wear to play padel?
Wear a lightweight, moisture-wicking top, shorts or a skort, and court shoes with good grip and lateral support for quick changes of direction.
Do I need special shoes for padel?
Court shoes built for lateral movement are the best choice. Running shoes are designed for forward motion and offer less side-to-side support. Our KOURT shoes are designed for padel, tennis and pickleball.
